Tim and Craig were so attentive to our vision for the wedding (90 people). They really spent time understanding us and working up the perfect menu. We were so impressed that we also asked them to lead other elements of our big day. Completely trusted them and they were brilliant. Guests raved about our vegetarian tapas menu!
Tim joined us with our engagement celebrations and we couldn’t be more thankful for his services! We were unsure of the food we wanted to offer and Tim proposed a BBQ. He created us a personal Greek style BBQ menu while accommodating all dietary / allergy requirements within the menu and throughout the days service. The day was split into two…one for family during the daytime and one for our friends in the evening which ran very smoothly. The food was delicious, with many positive comments from the whole party. We had a family get together for about 30 people and they served a great BBQ. We have a variety if allergies to deal with which Craig was very accommodating of. It was so good to have a family get together and not spend the whole time in the kitchen!
